Former BetonSports CEO David Carruthers pleads guilty in US racketeering case

In exchange for the guilty plea, Carruthers, who also agreed not to participate in the future to any US-facing gambling business and to cooperate in the trial scheduled to begin this September against BOS founder Gary Kaplan, will be sentenced to no more than 33 months.
