Sportsbook.com looking for European affiliates

Sportsbook.com actively looking for affiliates in Europe. When I asked the affiliate manager who contacted Bookmakers Review whether sportsbook.com was looking for new sources of deposits in Europe to keep the payments going in the US, I was told that the "internet does not have countries".
And apparently sportsbook.com does not have all player balances considering that some of their customers have been waiting for more than 4 months to get paid.
Claims that the US legislation makes difficult for US-facing operators to manage payments are getting old. And it is simply not true what slow-pay sportsbooks say that every US-facing operator has the same problems in sending payments out. Those operators that acted fast while keeping a low profile had a chance to structure their businesses in a way that currently allows them to manage US payments in a timely manner.
I hope European betting sites do not fall for the big commission Sportsbook.com is surely willing to pay to attract more preys...ehmm I mean players, to their Ponzi scheme...ehmm I mean web sportsbook.
