BettingStar24 under new management

Malta-licensed bettingstar24 closes down and immediately re-opens claiming to be under new management.
Do we really have to believe that? We know that Malta is full of people looking to invest into mismanaged bookmakers (just ask the LGA), but bettingstar24's "intensive negotiations" with new management seemed rather too quick to me.
Anyway, we'll see pretty soon if the new management will do any good and pay all players who are currently owed money (some of them have been waiting since July).
BettingStar24 downgraded to 2 (2.5-) and to the Red list for multiple slow-pays.
