Bet1128 confiscates player winnings

Bet1128 confiscates over 36,000 euros in winnings from player accused of being part of an organized group of punters.
Looking at the player's betting history, he appears to be guilty only to have placed a series of winning multiples on boxing matches who had been available as picks on a betting forum.
When I spoke to the (now former) Managing Director of the company, he told me the acquisition of Bet1128 on behalf of a new group of investors didn't go through and the old managers are now back at the helm of the company.
BMR didn't receive a reply from Bet1128 new management nor from the bookmaker's customer service.

Another player reported to BMR that a Moneybookers deposit was never credited to his account. The player, who made the deposit at the end of July, has showed BMR e-mails where Bet1128 claims Moneybookers blocked the player account for suspicious activity, while on another e-mail Moneybookers clearly says the player account is active.
Once again Bet1128 ignored BMR e-mails.
Bet1128 downgraded to 2 (2.5+) and to the Orange as BMR will further investigate both cases.
