Supporterbet payment update

Supporterbet pays player one year after his initial request.
The player asked for a 80 euros payment in September 2007 and finally received it in June 2008 after Supporterbet informed him they had problems with the mail server.
Supporterbet upgraded to 2 (S), but for the time being confirmed in the Red list.
