Unibet downgraded and removed from the Green list

Bookmakers Review received multiple complaints from Unibet customers who had to wait up to one month to have their accounts verified before receiving payments. While some of the delays are due to the confusion at a company which has probably grown too much too fast, some of the excuses used during the delays in verifying customers documents (e.g. the same document asked multiple times) are typical of bookmakers stalling payments hoping that players will continue to bet and lose their balances.
Unibet downgraded to 3.5 (4). The Malta-based bookmaker has been removed from the Green List.
