10Bet slow payouts and other complaints

10Bet downgraded to 2 (2.5), enters the Orange list. The Israeli-owned bookmaker has recently been the object of multiple complaints, including slow-pays, unexpected charges on first withdrawal and account confiscation.
10Bet has also proven to be very difficult to communicate with. In one case, it confiscated the balance of a player accused of having multiple accounts. The player admitted immediately to Bookmakers Review to have one account, with his brother having a second one. At the time of the dispute, 10Bet stated on its rules that only one account per individual was permitted, making no mention of one account per household.
Here is another case of a bookmaker with a lot of potential unable to properly manage its business.
