Description:
The Interactive Gaming Act 2000 provides the framework to regulate gaming and wagering activities on the internet and other communications media. In particular, the regulatory framework provides for the issue of a Vanuatu Interactive Gaming Licence under which casino style games, fixed odds wagering and parimutuel games can be conducted from within Vanuatu. Interactive Gaming Consultants has been appointed by the Government of Vanuatu to manage all issues in relation to interactive gaming, its licensing and regulation in Vanuatu.
