Description:
The Gaming and Wagering Commission is responsible for regulating the conduct of on-course and off-course wagering in Western Australia under the Betting Control Act and the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act. As of the 29 January 2007, it is illegal in Western Australia to wager on racing and sports betting with a betting exchange.
